The folks I worked with at Honda Sarasota were awesome! Colby was my original sales person and he took a video of the car and sent it to me. I then contacted Tony, a sales manager who helped me to obtain the financing! When we got to the dealership, they had the car ready to go! We worked with Marcus because Colby was tied up with another sale and he too was excellent! Got through financing pretty quickly and then we were on our way home. Everyone was very nice at Honda Sarasota! I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new or used car!

Every bit of information on the car was conflicting ! The price that started out as $9,999.00 (absolutely outrageous price for this car) changed in 2 days to well over $11,000.00 the actual mileage on the odometer was different than what they advertised it at . Claiming it had 33,000 miles when evidence showed otherwise ! Example: 1.) The brake pedal rubber cover was worn all the way thru to the metal pedal ? Something that would only start to wear like that when approaching closer to 100,000 miles ! 2.) The car maintenance records showed tie rod ends replaced ? At such a low mileage ? Other issues also reflected that the mileage was so incredibly incorrect ! When I spoke with Josh the sales manager about the absolutely ridiculous price, he simply said to me, " what would you be willing to pay?" When I said between 5 to 6 thousand , he immediately said ok for $6,000 from over the $11,000 they where asking for it ? Can you see there is something very suspiciously wrong h

Purchased a 2023 Yukon from Coconut Point Honda in Estero on May 7th. Discovered serious transmission issues on the drive home requiring $4,450 in repairs. Despite buying a powertrain warranty, I learned it doesn't activate for 45 days. The dealership refused to help, citing "as is" sale terms, and pretty much saying this was my problem since I didn’t catch the issue in my 5 minute test drive. Their inspection process clearly missed major problems. If shopping here, get an independent inspection first or consider other dealerships. Their unwillingness to stand behind their vehicles just days after purchase is disappointing.
