Honda dealerships near me (North Aurora, IL)

I was all set up to purchase the vehicle , submitted the information for financing then couldn't get ahold of nobody then found out they sold the vehicle. I had to leave several messages for them to not run my credit as I was not interested in any other vehicles they had , finally got a response 2 days later. I do not recommend using this dealership.

Great working with Brian York. He made the process easy and painless. Never had a positive experience at dealer until working with him.

What started as a search for a used car, turned to buy a new car. I worked with Jeff he called and went through the numbers and gave me sound advice. The staff was friendly and patient with me while I went through the decision process. It worked out better than expected- thank you Team

I simply asked for out the door price and to include breakdown of costs via email. All I received were emails stating to come in and shop. That's what I did via the internet. Get with the times and update your business model. You can easily provide simple price transparency via email. Or is there something you are trying to hide?

Drove 3 hours to see a car that wasn’t even cleaned and they knew I was coming for a week. Pulled the car around scratched and dented everywhere which was not noted anywhere and looked photoshopped out. Rear break light was broken along with door trim. Supposedly had over a 130 some point inspection which none of this got fixed. When told about it I was told (well it’s a used vehicle). Never offered to fix any of it. Then was sold out from under me while I was still looking at it from someone that drove 6 hours to look at it. Never got a heads up or anything. Was told it had a lifetime powertrain warranty but it only lasted 10 year 100,000 miles so only 35,000 more miles. It was a godsend not to buy that P.O.S. Got another for the same price with less miles and everything working with a longer warranty from another local dealer.

Had all price settle via email before stepping into the dealership was out in about 2 hours all personal I delt with were professional and quick. Overall very good experience.
