Contacted the dealer was told the car was available and in good working condition with no issues. Drove to the dealer get welcomed in and I wait for 30 minutes only to be told the car isn’t working well it’s got plenty of issues. Either lying over the phone or just didn’t want to sell the car to me regardless the only good thing is I guess they didnt try tricking me into buying a bad car (supposedly).

The staff was excellent but sadly the car was no longer available.

I ended up buying the 2027 Honda HR-V. It was the best buying experience ever. Nick got the test drive set up. Easy and quick. I did the test drive on the Kona with Chris. I liked it. I did not love it. Chris picked up on my mentioning (several times) how much I loved my CR-V. I did not want a CR-V sized vehicle anymore. Chris asked if an HR-V suited my needs better. I looked at it and told him that was more my speed. I LOVE this car! After a test drive, I knew this was the car for me. Chris did not pressure me and I did not buy a car that day. I did, however decide it was the perfect car for me a couple of days later and pulled the trigger. They had it all cleaned up and filled with gas when I got there. The process was quick and easy. No hard sells, and no pressure to add on . I got what I wanted with no pressure on anything. I have never had a better experience. Thank you for going above and beyond to make me happy. I am thrilled with my purchase!

Alonzo was great - had everything ready and made the process smooth and was very straightforward with pricing. He had the vehicle we ended up buying ready for us to test drive, and while we did the test drive he got the appraisal for our trade-in done. In and out in about 2 hours, and most of that was our test drive. Was extremely happy with the service.
