I wouldn’t trust a word he said, even though I made the deal, I know I lost. When you leave a dealership feeling this way, you’re not gonna recommend it …… sorry

I hooked up an OBD2 scanner (code reader) before the test drive. It indicated multiple misfires. Sure enough, 2 miles into the test drive, the car went into limp mode. The dealer said they would fix it, provided I pay the full asking price PLUS almost $5000 in hidden fees. We walked away. You should too

Very helpful still considering

I asked for price details of a vehicle, did not hear back for two days and by the time I did. It was a message saying the car in question had sold. So I never even got the time of day from the team my message was sent to. Literally got one message saying my message was forwarded to the other department and guess they didn't think I was important enough to in those two days, to give me the details I asked for.

Up front and to the point. Did a good job.
