I was contacted right away. I made an appointment to see the car but when I went to the dealer the next day the person wasn't there. Someone else took the time to help us. The car had some issues that needed immediate attention but the dealer was unwilling to negotiate the price. I left and was able to find an incredible deal somewhere else.

Bait and switch. Use one car to get us in. Let us test drive. Then explain that they took a deposit on the car. Then try to sell a car that was over 3x more expensive. Oh and btw, the car they state they took the deposit on is still on car gurus.

This was the best car buying experience I've experienced. Clinton, our salesman, was a very friendly no pressure salesman and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and the purchase process. We walked away without a car that day but returned 3 days later to purchase the car mainly because of Clinton and the Autonation Honda team. The no-haggle price at Autonation Honda resulted in a great price for a great car with no stress. Definitely recommend them.

Asked for total out the door price vehicle and kept receiving email with the list price without tax and tag and other emails wanting to know how my experience was before I had even talked to anyone. Seems that dealers these days are more concerned with the Internet rating than helping you buy a vehichle you want.

Told the salesperson that I would try and see the car over the weekend, but I was not able to do so. No harassing calls, which was nice. Can't really rate the dealership with out a visit.

Drove two hours to look at car. Called the dealership multiple times to inform them we were intrested and were driving a distance to get to them. Was told all day someone else had been test driving the car and they didn't know when he would be back. When we made it to the dealership it was close to closing but we had driven all that way and really needed a vehicle. The salesman Bruce, who was not only rude over the phone, kept complaining about how he was on his way out but will show us the car anyway. After a quick test drive and look over we were willing to make what we thought was a reasonable cash offer. Instead the salesman literally laughed in our face and was from then on the rudest person I have come across. Needless to say i would never again think of going back to that place or ever recommend it to anyone. The only reason there is a star is because I couldn't continue without selecting one!

Communication between online rep was pretty bad I was interested in a car that was on the lot. Asked rep to call me during my lunch hour never got a call. Emailed rep and by than car was already sold when I wanted to come in.

My whole buying experience with AutoNation Honda Clearwater was great. I usually dread going to look/buy another car due to the games, etc. but these folks were so easy to deal with and friendly with no hassle negotiations. They respectfully considered my offer and actually gave me a better deal than I thought possible. I definitely plan on buying another car from them. Their General Manager was also great to meet & talk to. Highly recommend AutoNation Honda Clearwater.
