Make sure to check reviews as several customers have similar experience. Hendrick’s response to “contact dealers to discuss” is a common theme and is evidence that they are aware of the issue yet continue to participate in misleading customers. Plenty of other dealers in the DMV. Don’t waste time with Hendrick.
