Stopped in to look at a lease for sale. I decided to buy a new car instead they offered me a very low price on my trade-in and I declined and went ahead with the new car purchase. I walked in on Saturday afternoon to pick up my new car only to be told they are now selling it to someone else because I didn’t have the opportunity to answer my phone for a 20 minute period during a Saturday when I was working. Put money down and walked in with my checkbook. I guess this dealership has not business values. Shop somewhere else.

I first inquired online for the vehicle and received an email that it was no longer available. I continued to see it posted available and a few weeks later, received an "automated" email that it was available but the price had increased. After quite a bit of back/forth with the sales rep, the manager approved selling to me at the originally published rate. I completed application online and was in the store for 90 minutes total to finalize everything. Overall, I would say satisfactory experience. If I had to pick a dealership, this would not be my first choice.
