Great dealership with enthusiastic and helpful sales staff. Adam was excellent and very knowledgeable. Efficient operation. I bought the vehicle and it was a pleasant experience.

I did an inquiry on this vehicle and they were very expedient getting back with me. I do feel like I was over communicating through email and a little pressured.

Sales person was nice. Miss lead us on warranty said it had warranty come to find out it did not. F&I gentleman was some what over bearing made my wife CRY. She was very upset that’s not right. F&I guy was Trying to add so much stuff on to the loan. And by the time he was done the payment was going to be like 400.00 more for all the extras. We kept telling him no thank you. And he wouldn’t leave it alone. Finally when she got upset and left the room. And came back then he let it go.

The car was not clean at all there was still trash in the car when I came to test drive the car. The car was not ready when we first arrived it took about 45 mins for the car to become ready. I booked an appointment to test drive the car so I assumed it would be ready once I arrived. We also looked at another car and it was also dirty and smelled like tobacco. Terrible experience at Indy Honda would not recommend.
