Spoke ro someone, made an appointment, got shuffled off to another person. He was very good. The original person I spoke with never came out to introduce herself. Not a good way to build trusted relationships. Felt like I was on an assembly line. Not a good experience.

I saw the car on-line on car guru and made an appointment to go see it at Honda North. I took it for a ride and put a deposit down on it to buy it. Mo was very helpful in the whole process and made it easy to purchase.

Driss the salesman was great , transparent with information. Sebastian from finance was also great . We negotiated my trade in and I got what I requested. Because I traded in another Rav 4 I expected a fair offer . Initially it was very low then I got 2k more which is the lowest I would take . Not too much haggling I expected more .
