I was hesitant about buying online but Germain, and more specifically Derrick Davis, put my worries to rest. Derrick went above and beyond answering every question I had. He sent images and videos of the vehicle that covered everything I would have checked if I was there to see it in person. He even sent pictures of dings and scratches that he saw in person but I could barely see in images to be transparent. The team at Germain made my car buying process simple and straightforward. I've never had a less stressful experience purchasing a new vehicle. The entire process took only four days, from first contact to driveway delivery. The delivery guys, Bill and Dave, were so friendly and personable, while remaining professional too. They were here earlier than expected and filled the tank before arrival! Every single person I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I absolutely recommend buying from Germain and I myself will be back if or when we need another vehicle.

I was not able to purchase the car The dealership restricted me from employing an affordable transport company who quoted $1945.00 for transport from Fairfield OH to Gold Hill OR The shipping cost of $4,738.00 would have been added on to the purchase price of the car The only option for a buyer needing delivery from Performance Honda is to pay the fee for them to transport This dealership does not allow buyer to choose transport company They want to be exclusive transporters essentially extorting more than double the rate from customers needing delivery at time of sale

Made a tentative appointment to look at the van. I told them when I would be in the Cincinnati area. The day I went, they texted me that the van was in the body shop getting the hood repainted because of scratches. Clean CarFax. No mention of needed body work in the CarGurus ad.
