The finance manager was great, the car had a different front end, I believe it wasn't a true 2019, with a 2014 grill, other than that it appeared to be OK

The car i wanted to see sold when I was on the way there. They had a similar vehicle but for a higher price. It needed rear tires and wasn't priced according they wouldn't negotiate so I left.

Dealer did respond, I am still looking at this time.

Conducted transaction over phone and internet. Did not go to dealership. Mostly good transaction after a few difficulties to start, mostly regarding where I would be paying sales tax. Have not received vehicle yet. Supposed to be delivered Tuesday

The experience of actually buying the vehicle was great. It was easy and convenient. However, that’s where it all ended. I bought the car on a Saturday and on Sunday night the transmission blew on I-75. Only 30 hours after we took the car off the lot. Thank the Lord I purchased the warranty. That was great , but they do not have 24 service so I had to use a towing company to get it to the service company. With that all being said, we bought the car on July 15th, 2026 and it’s August 5th and still waiting on the car to be completed. I called Surge and asked for my deposit back and he said the car was purchased as is. It’s not like it was a fuel pump. IT WAS A TRANSMISSION. What dealer would not try to make things right? I was told that I would get a discount if I purchased another vehicle from them. As if🤬. Stay away from this dealer. Buy at your own risk. I will never buy from this dealer again and will steer people away from them if possible.
