Dealership was very professional, made car buying process easy and stress free.

Started the process 2 weeks ago and intended to purchase the “salesman” sold to a person who showed up today. A disreputable move, but expected from a car salesman. NO ETHICS OR MORALS

The staff at BMW (Mini) of West Chester was amazing! I’ve bought many cars over the years and have had some good experiences but this was amazing! They were so helpful and excited for me and my wife! I drove almost 6 hours to them hoping for no problems. The did exactly what they said! No surprises, no issues, no stress whatsoever!

Very friendly staff answered all my questions even though I couldn't buy the car there, customer service is great, I 100% recommend it.

Great car as advertised. No BS additional fees once I got there. The price was exactly as the ad said. Would definitely recommend them for their used cars and if you need work done on european vehicles.
