Basically I took a test drive It took a while to get the vehicle , They knew I was coming from 3 hours away , then I left and checked out another van somewhere else then I texted them up a couple hours later said let's do the deal I'd like to buy the van and they agreed and basically they never communicated back to me They ghosted me with 3 text and blocked my phone calls coming in or basically my text too ???

I would never purchase anything from this dealer. They promised me for a purchase of an infinity and that they would call me the minute it was back from the mechanic. I kept calling and then they sent me an email for review for the car I was waiting for & I called them and was told they had someone there purchasing the car at that minute. I then told the man what happened with my call for the car, and he said oh we forgot. I'll never deal with them.

Reached out through the website and got a quote that had almost $8000 in fees. Called the dealership to discuss and got someone who was extremely rude. Told me the price was negotiable but then told me he’d extend the length of the loan, which is not negotiating the price. Then proceeded to tell me he couldn’t help someone who can’t be helped. He also told me their pricing online is an advertising tactic to get people to contact them. I’ve since purchased a vehicle elsewhere.
