The two salespersons I dealt with, Rick Palos, and Benji Bujanda were unbelievably helpful and friendly. I asked for a couple of actual videos of the truck I was interested in, and they promptly made them and sent them to me, which helped me make my decision to purchase this truck sight unseen from Hawaii. When I picked it up from Matson here in Hawaii, I was amazed at how nice the truck was......Thank You Toyota of Redlands, and Benji and Rick, I am very happy.

Poor effort by manager to make me buy the car, instead he tried to offer a Mercedes I had no interest in, he did not even give a test drive in the Audi, he was more focused on the Mercedes, and allowed me a test drive in the Mercedes instead. I was terribly disappointed at the lack of effort. No offer of finance, or willingness to negotiate my 2014 Hyundai Sonata trade-in which was in excellent condition at 84,000 miles.

Price is not as advertised. The Car has added unrequested accessories driving up the price of the car by $5k.
