Overall a great buying experience

Was treated very rudely by young inexperienced sales staff. Arrived at the designated time for the appointment with saleswoman and nobody there acted like they knew who I was asking for. Waited for over an hour with no help, proceeded to walk out on the sales lot and was told that I needed to get away from the vehicles that were there on sale. Tried calling to reach out to the saleswoman and only got a answering machine to leave message. Then she texted and wrote that she was sorry she missed me then I called her and discussed what happened and she said that she would look into it. Less than three minutes passed and received text messages from her that she was told to tell me that the vehicle in question was sold. If could give negative star rating, I would definitely give them a negative ten stars. Very poor service after I had driven an hour and half one way to this so-called dealership. Definitely wouldn't accept a totally free car from here PERIOD. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Not sure what was going on with them. Cannot believe Randy Marion did NOT want to make a sale with my checkbook out right then. Price was 20,832.00, Offered 2000.00 more than price listed but sales person asked for 2,000.00 more (24,000.00)which was higher than another person in that organization offered. NO communication within that company. NO deal on my end. Van had horrible shimmy in it though they said had put on new tires. Evidently wrong ones and not balanced!!! Very unprofessional company...asking premium price for a 10 year old van that evidently had hidden issues since been sitting on lot for a while. There are many others dealers out there! Mr. Marion needs to keep closer supervision on sales if wants to continue to move vehicles. Not good to tell untruth to the public especially in sales!

Original review would've been 5 stars but then they sold the vehicle instead of holding it for me as promised and ghosted me. Stopped answering my calls and texts.......Wouldn't even confirm that they actually sold the car.

Ty was awesome! I really like that he let me know immediately that the 1st vehicle I was interested in had already sold. He didn't call or text 800 times pestering me. He let me do things at my own pace. Overall great experience!
