A wonderful dealership

This is a follow-up review. As a result of my previous review of my experience with AutoNation Honda Dulles, I received a comment from the sales team stating their disappointment that we were not able to come to an agreement on a deal. The e-mail I received asked me to contact them to discuss. Subsequently, I e-mailed again with the same sales rep as before, "Kevin," so called, asking if there was any change to their offer, vis-a-vie lowering the price of the vehicle to compensate for the remainder of the processing fee. The answer was a firm "no." As a result I have moved on to seek purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. While I understand their desire to maintain a profitable outcome for the dealership, it is a shame that they are not willing to negotiate further as I have stated that this particular vehicle is one that we have seriously considered and would purchase should they decide to continue the negotiation and meet us at the desired price.

The vehicle that I was looking at was sold by the time we got together,He did offer some up coming vehicles that might fit what I'm looking for.

Contacted twice through cargurus and via listed text number with no reply. It required a direct phone call. There was no negotiation on the price. There was no holding the car even with a deposit, They refused to ship a used car and would not even pick me up at the airport. This soured the experience. In the next message I called with pre approved financing ready to check out and then they told me someone else is coming to pick it up. There was a disconnect between the salesman and what was going on at the dealership itself. I messaged the manager about the experience without a reply, showing that they truly do not care.

Car was in same condition as shown on the listing, dealer was consise and quick to answer questions. Dealer doesn't charge high or unnecessary fees.

Salesman was very nice and helpful. Not pushy and it was an enjoyable test drive.
