Was corresponding with Phil the sales manager. His slow communication caused me to miss the purchase of the vehicle.

Horrible truck didn't crank 2 hours later, pours oil and needs power steering work, broken door handle, list goes on and on, sold me a certified lemon.

Was there all morning and the car is shaking check engine light is on

Dealer tried to switch vehicles on me. They tried to get me to come in and purchase a different vehicle. So I cut contact with them because untrustworthy

Wasted time. I had to hand feed them information about the used EV tax credit after they told me I would have to do it myself because they were only aware of a credit for new evs and they couldn't find information for dealers claiming the credit. Once I sent them the IRS link showing they could do it they came back and told me the vehicle was sold.
