My experience with VK Auto Group was good.

They practice in bait and switch. They lure you into the dealership with a low pricde and then they add a $2000 "finance charge" and a $695 dealer fee.

I bought a 2024 Ioniq 6. It was a dealer buyback from Hyundai. Which is normally an issue. They had the car fax. It’s was a 12 volt battery issue. It had to be replaced twice within the first year. Lessee sold it back to Hyundai under Massachusetts car laws. And since Hyundai extended the warranty in that issue to 18 years. I was comfortable buying it. It also was a fair price for that reason. Basically all of the warranty of an original owner. Less the 21 months of prior ownership. Only 4K miles.

Asked to complete a credit application, I have not heard from anyone at the dealership since. It's been a month. I follow up, they say someone will reach out, never happens.
