The truck was available but was not mechanically ready. It had some mechanical issues that need to be addressed and I couldn’t get the car the same day of purchase. Still waiting on parts to complete the job

The availability of the vehicle was good.

Over all our visit was very “ick”! The guy helping us was very unorganized, took a long time to find keys or answer questions. There were multiple occasions where he and his staff would walk around the property looking lost and not finding what they were looking for. When discussing only two concerns with the vehicle we liked after hours of being there he got very defensive and attempted to gaslight us into saying it wasn’t what we saw or a concern. He seemed to not know his coworkers and spoke about the other woman that worked there as if she was not someone he’d care to work alongside. They didn’t know other’s names, besides his son and found that very odd. While we are well aware that most vehicles on the lot are “as is” vehicles and something to just get you from point A to point B my family and I agreed they they did not seem trust worthy or organized and would feel more comfortable to look elsewhere. Also he forgot to give back our ID which also seemed shady. Just overall a no go

Did not support the deal and sold out from under me.

Very unprofessional. The dealership gave me appoint for 12.30 pm. When I got there they told me the car has been sold and could not even communicate that to me before arrival at the dealership
