Dealerships near me (Helmetta, NJ)

Having purchased maybe 20 cars for personal and business in my life so far, I can honestly say that Tri-County Lexus was the worst dealership that I have ever worked with. Initial purchase was fine, but like so many other reviewers have stated, the follow up is a disaster. I would never purchase a car from these guys again. So disorganized, no plates, still no key I was promised, and being bounced from place to place. They own the Toyota dealership across the highway and don't seem to understand why people would rather buy a Lexus. If you speak to a manager like I did, follow up calls result in surly responses from the phone receptionists. They will also tell you different stories talking themselves into confusion with their own lies. Glad I called from my offices recorded line! Stay away from these guys. They are a joke.

the best experience I ever had at a car dealership. I left out at Maxim Dealership feeling very happy and not as if i had gotten ripped off in order to get the vehicle that i wanted. Nicholas was very transparent with his price and never snuck in hidden fees and or hidden warranties. all of his vehicles are at a high drivable standard. Nick will answer all your calls and texts and a reasonable time. Maxim Dealership is the standard upon which all dealership should follow.!

Drove one and half hours to the car dealership to say the car is somewhere else, very dissatisfied and disappointed

I reached out to this dealer and tried to set up a time to look at the vehicle, on the day we scheduled, no one would answer the phone, I left avm, texted them and emailed. No communication back. I wanted to buy the vehicle and the dealership was about an hour from my house and wanted to confirm before I drove an hour. Still to this day no one has returned my calls. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

They responded to me that the car was sold - which is a little more than most of these online searches produce!
