Dealer did not bother to call me about the van I was interested in ! They were very slack in contacting me and sold the van already !

I would purchase from them again! Priced much better than the dealerships. I took the vehicle to my mechanic to look over before making my purchase.

I was very interested in checking out and test driving a vehicle listed on Prime Auto Sales website. I inquired and the salesperson "Mike" was very responsive. I scheduled an appointment with him -which was confirmed- by him that same day! After 45 minutes of travel, I arrived for my appt. and the salesperson was not there -nor was the car?! No notice whatsoever? The person that was there was less than helpful saying "Mike" had worked from home that day and the car was sent out for service. Ok then? So since I was there, I asked about a few other options listed on their site just because - may as well... the salesperson kind of pointed in a couple directions basically wanting me to wander aimlessly to find these vehicles on my own. Mind you, none of the cars on the lot had stickers or information on them like what make/model/year/price -nothing? So I left. I have had zero response nor any apology from anyone? Guess they didn't want my business!

Sam is amazing! He is knowledgeable and helpful and a great listener. I am still in the process of deciding what to choose but I would be very confident working with Sam.
