Excellent experience with the staff, spent less time in sealing the deal

After receiving and text to test drive this car I was looking at was told it's there they will have it ready for me i was already on my way there only to find out it was sold then they didn't even try to help me get into a car only showed me 1 car they where more worried about ordering there lunch from the food truck I went to a different dealership and got into a new car with less miles no problem don't waste your time here

Overall staff were nice but communication with James was just off granted we communicated through email but James would say one thing and then say another thing just wasn’t clear leaving a lot to ponder. Wasn’t willing to do much to close the deal. Only went down $200 in the asking price even though in the proposal it shows $459 off but when comparing their proposal to me and what is offered on CarGurus it really came out to about $200 off. We were about $4000 apart but as mentioned didn’t want to work with me on closing deal as I was willing to work with them but there was no willingness on their end towards deal. Their slogan is along the lines of “not selling people cars but helping people buy cars” didn’t seem like that from my point of view.

Overall it was a very good experience. We simply could not come together on price,

This place feels more like a small car museum than a car dealer. I got excellent service from Ethan who answered all my questions and followed up on my requests. Good experience.

Staff was slow to respond and answer questions. Staff had incorrect knowledge on the vehicle.
