Very good communication. Seller answered all my quiestions promptly and woith apprent honesty. Although I bought from another seller, I would recommend this seller/dealership.

The sales man has been very helpful with me and assistanted me with my purchase I'm from Mississippi and they sent all my documents to me in a timely manner.

Although I haven't found THE car for me yet, I have to say that Niketo at the dealership has been very helpful trying to help me find the specific car that I want.

After inquiring about a truck they just sent 1 email to me, no calls or texts in a week, to follow-up at all. More success with other dealers and have looked at several vehicles in the same time.

The person never got back to me about the car.

I was contacted by email, which I prefer. But, over several day three different people contacted me from the same email address, which was very confusing. They obviously didn't read my replies, probably because they live on a cell phone, a device poorly designed for email communication. I identified one issue for them to research, which one did, but poorly. I will not buy the Jeep without knowing the answer to my concern. They have yet to address my concern so have yet to win my confidence.

This was by far the best experience I have ever dealt with at a car dealership and the car so far
