I initially had a good experience when I inquired about a vehicle. Kevin answered my call and even sent over some very nice video footage of the car, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, after that communication completely stopped. I followed up with texts and calls over the next week and was left on read with no response. I also asked about arranging an inspection but never heard back. Disappointing, because the initial interaction was positive

The absolute worse experience ever. They promised a car for us as we were on our way (3 hour drive) and 30 minutes away from the dealership they called to say they sold it to auction. That made absolutely no sense. A 2024 explorer with low miles would NOT go to auction. They undersold us or baited us in. We drove 3 hours with 2 toddlers to purchase a car they promised us and they lied. I hope this dealership gets kicked off of cargurus. This is not the first time this has happened at this dealership. Do not recommend. Avoid Koonts at all costs.

Salesman was very polite an did everything that was ask. Pay attention to my every need. For those who want to know his name is dion.

WARNING DO BUY from Criswell, their voodoos math starts off at MSRP which has freight all ready in it, then they add it back in claiming it is Maryland law. They fall back on their disclosure which does state freight, sales tax, tags not included. if this was an honest car dealer the would have deducted it off the MSRP to start. I question this with salesman Mr. M.W. to the point that he ran out of defensive moves on his sales pitch and he did not try to get his sales manager involved as he know that they (Criswell) has always doubling up on freight cost. I would highly recommend a Hell No to Criswell period.

Dealer was responsive, prompt, honest, and patient. Bruce and Aj both actually care about the customer and meeting their needs as top priority. I couldn't be happier that I came across this Dealer. My only wish was that I found them sooner.I highly recommend this Dealer.
