Communication with multiple "people" was great until you realize it's AI and they don't know the inventory. I submitted a credit application for a car that was listed on the Internet and after three days of communication back-and-forth, it had been determined the car had been sold to someone else. The vehicle was pretty unique and I have not been able to find another one. I don't like running credit reports unnecessarily. When I finally called and spoke to someone, they told me they were in a meeting. Could they call me back? I said please don't.

They did it right. Tried 2 other dealers, they still operate like it's 1970. Won't give you a final price until you talk with the "manager"

There was some minor wear on the vehicle but it was a used vehicle with 120k miles on it. On-site experience. Was the car clean and ready for your test-drive? The vehicle was definitely ready for a test drive. Customer service. Was the dealership staff friendly and accommodating? I set up an appointment to look at the vehicle. Everyone that I met there was friendly, professional, and informative about any answers to any questions that I had. Overall impression. Would you recommend the dealer to your friends? Looking back, I am slightly biased as I did purchase the vehicle. The entire process was relatively painless compared to other places that I have bought cars from in the past. All of the staff was pleasant and professional. I would definitely suggest this dealership to friends and family.
