I thought I had found the car I was searching for at the price I wanted to pay. I discussed with the sales manager that I had financing in place and that I was ready to pay their internet price. The deal sheet came in with an additional set of fees on top of the admin fee. The price became contingent on financing with the dealer with minimum score of 720. I requested explanation and never heard back. I then checked yelp and more than one similar complaint. I'm glad I didn't proceed further

When I 1st arrived to come see a pre-owned vehicle that I scheduled in advanced to test-drive, they had detailed and prepped the wrong truck (white truck instead of black too), sham on Ramon the salesman for this since all communications were via email so there was no room for error. After taking over an hour after my arrival to finally see the truck I came to look at, it was in the process of being detailed but was FILTHY even still... Cigarette ashes, scuffs, scratches, etc. Clearly a highly abused vehicle. Now the worst part. These cars apparently go through a multi-point inspection; they did not even have a working key for this truck. The excuse was it would take 2 hours to program, but after spending well over 5 hours at the dealership, they had more than enough time to repair it. There were also some other very minor items with the truck that should have been taken care of WAY before they would even show this to a customer to sell. This is not a dealership that takes pride in their cars or customers, I did purchase the truck but highly regret in doing so. The salesman DID offered to send a loaner car to our home to take care of all these issues when I left with the truck that night but when I emailed and called him over the next 2 days and he FAILED to help rectify the issues. OH! and the pictures of the truck online did NOT match the actual truck. Save yourself time any avoid this dealership.

This dealership has bad customer service. I have called numerous times to put a deposit on a vehicle while I travel to get to the dealership. I have been place on hold until I finally hang up. I sent numerous emails and no one has replied. I left my number with someone who claim to be the manager and still no phone call. I am now skeptical doing business with such dealership if this how they treat you before the sale.

Very nice staff. Attentive. Relaxed showroom. Plenty of inventory. Low prices. Happy with my purchase.

I spent 7 hours there, wound up getting a brand new 2017 X5 with zero miles on it, I watched it come off the delivery truck. The salesperson Nick was the best I've ever dealt with, funny, energetic and down to earth. I would definitely go back there for my next car even they're 2 hours away from me.

Completely unprofessional, I drive for 1:30hrs from New York City and was told that the car I was interested in could not be test driven.

The staff were very lukewarm in their response. One of the team supposed to guide us through gave a 'care a damn' attitude.

Very accommodating and was quick to provide information. Didn't wind up buying here though because vehicle was not a Certified Pre-Owned.

We drove in from Syracuse to test drive a vehicle we saw on cargurus.com. Jerry and Nick were very personable and helpful. We ended up buying a car and couldn't be happier with the whole process and how smooth it went. They made sure we were taken care of. This was the first experience with buying a car that we felt happy about.

I inquired about a used BMW and requested a phone call. Did not receive a phone call. I then emailed. I received an email saying the car was available and to go there (45 mi away) or call. I called the salesman directly, left a message and never received a call back.

I drove over 2 hours to go see this vehicle and waited 2 hours before anyone spoke with me. I was not a happy camper and I didn't even leave with the car I wanted.

This dealership was very unprofessional. I called about a car I was interested. Told the salesman I would be driving out the next day with my husband to take a look. He said he would call me in the am to verify it was still available and I did NOT get a call. I called twice and did not get a call back until 2pm and was told it was sold. These people are rude and I'd never recommend doing business with them!

Slow follow up if you are inquiring from out of state . Online chat agents are also useless . I was interested in a vehicle but the slow follow up and lack of interest made me purchase elsewhere .

Tried to lure me down to look at a car they cannot sell due to a recall.

By far the worst experience I have ever had !!!!!! Told manager that I would be leasing other vehicles from them but he didn't care, he was extremely rude and unprofessional.....basically told me that if i didn't want to pay what they where asking they would offer the car to some one else after i drove 2 hours away seriously.....then he gave me some lame excuse how they missed print the add on the vehicle....I had bought over 15 bmw from previous dealer and I have never been insulted and treated like this I will never do business with them again....after two days vehicle needs alot more than anticipated window don't work,door lock doesn't lock,passenger seat doesn't tilt,loud noise coming from rear ( subframe is damaged ) Be extremely careful when buying a used car from bmw of roxbury make sure you take vehicle to a different shop and have it checked out prior to buying will save u lots of time and headaches good luck out there ....

Drove 90 minutes to see car on assurance from salesman Nick that the car was available. Upon arrival he advised that the car was under contract but that the buyer had a credit problem so he had been told by his manager to "sell the car". I test drove the car, loved it and sat down to close the deal. The salesman went to check on a warranty and returned and said "Sorry, the car has been sold and is being delivered today". Awful experience.
