Bait and switch. “Just got the car in can you come tommorow?” I arrived the next day and was told we just sold it.

They were immediately responsive to my inquiry. However, I found another deal that came through at the same time.

Im very interested in a vehicle they have had on Car Gurus over 100 days. I have reached out a couple of times and was told they would call back with the information I asked for. Both times I never received the call back.. its a shame because I really wanted the vehicle. Wish the communication was better.

Lazy, horrible, liars. I sent an offer, they agreed just needed contract sent to me so I could pay and they deliver. Had called multiple times and they said they were sending it but they never did. Now I’ve wasted a credit pull, a hard inquiry against my credit for no reason. You should remove them from your site
