They didn’t give any issues, and were straightforward with everything, no attempts at hidden fees and they care more about the experience of purchasing a vehicle rather than trying to screw over the customer to make more money

Tried to make my deal over the phone and thru messaging. I live about an hour and 20 min away. Once I thought my deal was set on a price I told them I had to wait tell Saturday to pick up the car. The person I was dealing with made me feel neglected and unimportant during our interaction. I was told that if I made a deposit which I was more then happy to make, they would hold the car for me. I told them I was moving things around to show up on Friday instead of Saturday and I was happy to make the deposit to hold my vehicle. I was told they would send me a link thru email to make that deposit but I never received it. It took 4 hours later to receive a response from the person I was dealing with just to tell me sorry they sold my vehicle. I made a deal a day prior and they sold it to another. This was the worst experience I ever delt with in car shopping. Me as a customer, trusted my interaction with the sells person, I believed they were helping me, but I felt lied to and deceived.

The staff was very friendly, and Very helpful, me and the family loved there hot chocolate machine they worked very fast to get us in our new cars, and any questions and concerns we call them and they are so happy to help us in recommend Victor 😀

Pulled up to the dealership after calling Frank a little earlier in the week, walked in right when they opened at 10 and ment Eugene. Told him I wanted to look at the 2009 Audi TT. He say's "I gotchu" and goes back inside, comes out 5 seconds later with the keys. Went and took it out for a test drive. Car sounds great and drives great, no complaints. It was missing a couple things in the maintenance in the back like the car jack. Which they shipped me a new one. And aside from. That I walked out, grabbed a check, went through some paper work, and drove out of their in a new car. Eugene was super polite. Everything was quick and punctual, and other interactions with the staff have left me impressed. Was in and out, had a great time there (Which apparently is a rare thing to happen at most dealerships I guess) and here I ama week later reminiscing. Great experience, great customer service, just greatness all round. 10/10 would recommend. And to everyone that helped me there. Thank you!

Made appointment and was there 10 min before asked for are sales person and was told to wait and after waiting for awhile went back to check in and about 40 min of being there was told they sold the car and wasted my time.

The staff was super kind and very informative. Unfortunately, we decided to wait on the purchase and evaluate what is the correct vehicle. They were understanding and helpful. I am very willing to go back to Northridge Toyota when I am ready to buy.

Generally good to their word. We went for one car and as we arrived it was in the process of being sold. There was another car there we looked at as an alternative and ended up purchasing that one. They were efficient with the paperwork but they ran out of water when it came to detailing it before we drove it off. They honored that the following day.
