I was talking to the manager and set an appointment as soon as my mechanic was available. We were set to test drive on Sunday but the car was sold Saturday. So all my efforts was wasted.

This was a complex set of circumstances thsg required ,integrity , great communication from distance in order to facilitate a positive outcome . The teamwork was seamless and professional class took place throughout the entire transaction . The trade in was artfully orchestrated to make the deal have legs . Tried to make my deal over the phone and thru messaging. I live about an hour and 20 min away. Once I thought my deal was set on a price I told them I had to wait tell Saturday to pick up the car. The person I was dealing with made me feel neglected and unimportant during our interaction. I was told that if I made a deposit which I was more then happy to make, they would hold the car for me. I told them I was moving things around to show up on Friday instead of Saturday and I was happy to make the deposit to hold my vehicle. I was told they would send me a link thru email to make that deposit but I never received it. It took 4 hours later to receive a response from the person I was dealing with just to tell me sorry they sold my vehicle. I made a deal a day prior and they sold it to another. This was the worst experience I ever delt with in car shopping. Me as a customer, trusted my interaction with the sells person, I believed they were helping me, but I felt lied to and deceived.

Worst customer service ever they didn't know any details about the car smelled and looked like it had water damage which they don't show you in any pictures. I drove over 300 miles to see this van just to be disappointed. These cars are all horrible don't ever shop here!!!

Made appointment and was there 10 min before asked for are sales person and was told to wait and after waiting for awhile went back to check in and about 40 min of being there was told they sold the car and wasted my time.

The staff was super kind and very informative. Unfortunately, we decided to wait on the purchase and evaluate what is the correct vehicle. They were understanding and helpful. I am very willing to go back to Northridge Toyota when I am ready to buy.
