The car may have been what I was looking for with low miles, good price but I never got to see the actual car. I'm not in the area so it would have been a delivery purchase. I requested photos but only received the stock picture that was online even when I spoke to a salesperson who stated they would send a link to pictures it was only the online image. I will not make such a major purchase with no actual visual, especially already having to rely solely on pictures and communication as I was not able to see it in person due to distance. Just wasn't great customer service in my opinion.

The staff was very helpful, especially with my parents as well as we both did in fact need cars. Of course that made the process go by a lot faster, but both parties came out very happy last night and I was able to drive my first car off the lot! Amazing service.

The entire process from start to finish was smooth and transparent. The staff was professional and cordial. I will definitely buy a second car from this dealership when I'm in the market for one.

The staSince the cars aren't clean when they're delivered, if the vehicle has a check engine light on, they'll hand it over to you without explaining what the problem is—they don't give it a thorough cleaning before delivery. ff provides excellent customer service, but the sales conditions leave a lot to be desired

In and out pretty quick.. did get a check engine light later on but Cars are used but car runs pretty good otherwise
