Will was quick and happy to respond to any and all questions that I had. Although I did not purchase a vehicle, my experience with the dealership staff made it likely for me to look to them again when I'm ready to purchase.

Well unfortunately I wasn't able to get approved but she was great. Straight forward and explained wat I was needing and she wouldn't be able to help me at that time.

I was calling from out of state to look to purchase the vehicle based on the information provided by Cargurus. Michaleen at the dealership was very pleasant on our first phone Conversation. However I got radio silence from her and the entire team at this dealership afterwards. I then noticed the price of the vehicle increased on cargurus. Even after that I reached out to the dealership and no one called or emailed me back. It was a terrible experience and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. False advertisement and terrible customer service.

Chevy dealer not real knowledgeable about Dodge trucks. You could see they have one thing on their minds, and that's to sell a vehicle. The finance lady went an extra mile for me due to being a Veteran, but was confusing while trying to sell me an extended warranty.

Vehicle wasn't there and sales people didn't have a clue, even after answering my question if it had a 3rd row.....
