They went against my pre-approval which changed the rates and because of it got me denied. I was approved with west lake for 19k as well but because I wouldn't make a down payment I got denied bad business

Terrible. Finished app during promotion period for discounted car. Got to the dealership they raised the price as soon as i walked in. Waited 6 hours just to be seen after constant asking when will i be next to start the process. Test drove the car *check engine light was on*. Told them ahead of time it was on. Waited another hour because i told them i didn’t want a $3000 warranty they were pushing on me. If you decline something that they offer they’ll take away the price you’re trying to buy the car at. Was told that they have to order a piece for the vehicle and will get a call back in two days. It’s been about 2 weeks now. Just don’t go here at all, complete waste of your time.
