Shaq was the salesman. The price listed online was around 13k. When I went there he was unaware of the online price and then gave me a number that was 20k. He later proceeded to say they do this to get customers in and he would be losing money if he gave me the advertisement price. He was pushing me to get another car which makes me believe this car is used for bait and switch. I was really annoyed to see a 6k price increase. $2500 of that being a dealer fee and the other 3500 he couldnt even explain why. Wish they would just be honest upfront and not waste peoples time.

Price listed is $4000 below the price they are actually asking. On car gurus it is rated a great price and then you find out oh that price is after you trade your car in and also take a loan out. I don’t like the deception.

Deceptive pricing, the posted “Internet special” assumed a -$5000 down payment, Benny even gave me purchase order with taxes and fees but which included the fake price… only came up as I was getting finalized paperwork for the financing

I had a great experience here I worked with Steve/Eric. Both were great. Eric was super efficient and Steve really worked with me on the finance side. When things took a bit longer, they offered to deliver my car to me almost 30 miles away. Can’t say enough about the customer service. Even my old cars appraisal was super easy, no haggling. ONLY thing I’ll say is my car was kind of dirty when I got it but nothing a quick detail couldn’t fix. Overall, recommending them to everyone!

Additional profit fees make the advertised price appears as a bait and switch. Price doesn't include Additional Profit fees disguised as admin and processing fees.

This has to have been the worst car sales/buying experience ever. Prices aren’t transparent. Don’t trust the Dealer Disclaimer on here, as the $995 Dealer Prep feed turned into a $3995 dealer prep fee, after I came with a documented lower price and discount than what they stated the car price was. The sales person was condescending and clearly lacked customer service experience, perhaps it was because I’m “one of those corporate government guys.” If you ask the sales manager clarifying questions, it’s met with defensive and/or dismissive responses. The finance manager talked to me as if I was unintelligent, and condescending is an understatement. And overall, I made the decision not to purchase from them, which solely had to do with my own values and the principles of transparency, service, and respect. I will never purchase from a dealer with such disrespect and deceptive practices. This is a business that seems to work for people who don’t know better and don’t ask many questions.

This is a wonderful company. In my dealings with them (purchased an Audi Q5), everyone has been honest fair, and straight forward and they have stood 100% behind the vehicle. I highly recommend 1NE to anyone looking for a high-end gently used vehicle!
