I originally seen the 2014 Audi advertised through CarGurus. I diligently went through the entire advertisement in which I sent an email to the motor group which was very quickly responded upon and in a general as a matter of fact and known information. It was a beautiful automobile appeared to be everything that I would be looking for in this exact type , make, and model. The vehicle had also been at the dealership and on CarGurus website for a significant period of time however, this is probably not gonna be enough time for me as the vehicle was located in Arizona and I am located in New York. I’m a blue-collar paycheck to paycheck type of individual as is like 70% of our country at this time. I’m an extremely picky shopper and as I have been taking advantage of in the past with limited knowledge of what I was purchasing. Basically I would’ve had to pump the money to cross the country round-trip in order to obtain this vehicle would have to wait 2 to 3 months. NY currently frozen

Noelani, the person who scheduled my appointment, was very misleading about “maximizing” my trade in value only if I brought my vehicle in. The main purpose of my visit was to work out numbers of a new purchase with a trade in in mind. They didn’t even drive my car to evaluate it and just came back with the same trade in value we discussed over email. Other dealerships have offered to drive my car to see if more can be offered and that was not done here. Complete waste of my time and will not be coming back here to purchase the $70k vehicle I plan to purchase.

I was very disappointed on the appraiser telling me that my Jeep differential was going bad and gave me a lowball offer. Differentials cost three to $4000. If my jeep was in that bad of a shape why would he still make an offer? They totally blew me off and just did not want to sell me the truck Possible discrimination.

Car was cool just the out of town fees and extras was to much over my 50,000 budget
