Excellent experience, easy to complete the sale and friendly customer service with the staff and owner.

Responded quickly and answered all my questions.

They added a service contract of $1700 for 2 year 24,000 miles on a truck that had 18,000 miles on it and only not even 3 yrs old. So ford has a 5yr 50,000 or 60,000 miles warranty so I’m not sure why they stuck me with it. I asked about it but got some brushed off answer. I gave in due to due process. They were supposed to give it a 172 point inspection so i couldn’t take delivery that day and had to fly back the next week. Oh the inspection they “forgot” to reset oil life i guess and the one of the key fobs won’t start truck. I text my salesman with no reply on how to proceed. That being said. Once you sign it’s yours and good luck. Overall not a good experience!

Great experience bought the truck

I actually contacted this dealership about another car they had. And guess what a few days later i got the ole “hey, someone is looking at this car can you come in now before it is gone”. LOL! They also never answered my simple questions. And they were one of the “higher priced” on both of the used cars i inquired about. Now i know what the name means…”Lost Pines”…..”where you get lost in the woods”. Same dealership games.
