Prices were high. Vehicles (jeeps) on lot for a long time.

These guys were fantastic. I ended up buying the vehicle.

The staff was very helpful. Just wasn’t the right truck for me.

I worked with Rafael here at West Herr and he was amazing with me, i didnt end up getting the car i went to go see but he gave me several options to try and fit my price range it was still just a little too high for me but i appreciate how hard he worked to get me several options. Best experience I've had at a dealership so far i recommend Rafael very much hes super friendly and knowledgeable definitely cares about his customers and makes sure you're comfortable with your decision. I will most likely go back once i get my credit higher and have more money to put down. 10/10

There communication is abysmal, even when I was trying to call and communicate their sales manager would barely respond.
