Do not buy from Harbor Garden Grove Kia. They tried to rip me off with extremely high pricing. They quoted me $49,000 for a new EX, and they were not willing to negotiate or make any deals at all. It seems like this dealership prefers to hold onto their cars instead of offering fair prices, which may be why they have so much inventory sitting on the lot. I decided to go to Kia of Van Nuys instead, and I was able to purchase the same vehicle for almost $5,000 less. That shows how overpriced Harbor Garden Grove Kia really is. I strongly recommend that people shop around before buying from this dealership. In my experience, the pricing was unreasonable and the customer service was not helpful. Be careful and compare prices with other Kia dealerships before making a decision.

The car was still available when I arrived. Car gurus reduced the price the same day I was there, small negotiation on price as they stated their personal website listed a higher price. They reluctantly agreed to the car guru price. Car was bought. I signed up with LoJack through the dealership. The car’s battery was extremely low as they had to jump start the vehicle before a test drive. I asked about a replacement battery and was told yes once the battery goes out. The next day, the battery went out at work. AAA assisted me and I received a new battery. Contacted dealership for reimbursement as they stated they would replace it. No, they said they could only offer $100 towards new battery because I didn’t tow my car back to the dealership for the replacement. Make sure when buying from here, the cars battery is healthy and view Carfax report. I hope this is an isolated incident.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I drove over 4 hours only to be told upon arrival that the vehicle had already been sold. They offered me a good price on other vehicles. In reality, they were just trying to manipulate the price of a vehicle I was interested in, ultimately trying to sell it for a much higher price than the one they had initially offered. The salesperson was very friendly, but their supervisor or manager treated me as if I didn't understand numbers. It would have been better to simply say that the vehicle was no longer for sale, but even two hours before I arrived, they assured me that they still had it. The car I came to see looked nothing like the photo shown in the ad. The roof is faded and color damaged. The hood has small spots on the front of it and it has a replacement bumper that is unfinished matte black. I walked around for about 5 minutes with the gentleman that works there outside taking photos. He never acknowledged me. I had to approach him
