we put a reservation to see this truck, it was sold the night before our scheduled appt. We were called the next morning prior to us leaving. Travis showed us via Facetime, several trucks that met our needs but were not what we were looking for. Travis was helpful.

Everything as advertised, ended up driving away that day!

Delayed responses from this dealership, and continued lack of follow-through for requested estimates and communication for the sales agent. Frequent errors in the estimates provided when asking for quotes for tag/registration in two different states. I had to reach out and ask for the information that was supposed to be sent to me on multiple occasions. This is not ideal if you are looking to purchase online. Strongly suggest dealing with this dealership only in person. Also, when i visited this dealership for a test drive, the overall environment was very stale. No one greeted me when I walked in. Sales agents and receptionist did not make eye contact. I had to ask to test drive a vehicle. Also, when requesting to see a certain type of interior, I had to keep asking the sales agent to show me a vehicle. It was not a very helpful or pleasant experience, especially when looking to purchase a vehicle.

Definitely recommend Matt Sullivan as a salesperson. The rest of the staff was great as well.
