Things started off well, but as with most car dealers, things can go downhill fast when dealing with the finance department. I had an approval with Capital O, which they would not honor, and when I decided to bend and fill out their loan app., there was no follow-up. I had to call multiple times to get turned down. Thank you because I got a better car elsewhere.

Friendly staff not much flexibility on price or other service incidentals. Perhaps different and better on a new vehicle my purchase was a used car
