GMC dealerships near me (Washington, MO)

Staff was great and attentive, but we couldn’t agree on price. They’re entitled to that, but I wasn’t asking for much considering there’s usually a negotiation cost built in to the sales price.

Online buyers beware. I rarely write negative reviews but this experience got to me. On Friday I found a truck listed on CarGurus from this dealership. Checked their website to verify and it was listed for sale. I sent an email asking what the price was since none was listed aGarrett responded with the price. We quickly agree on a price that was okd by the sales manager and an nvoice was sent to me. Since I live in Ohio I advised them I'd fly in on Monday and drive it home. They requested $1,000 deposit to hold the truck which immediately sent. Garrett advised he received it and would see me on Monday. I then take Monday off work and buy a plane ticket. Saturday morning Garrett emails " bad news the truck was sold last week." But I have another truck I'd sell you for the same price....The days of a hand shake deal are long gone. Pretty sad if you ask me.

tires needed to be replaced, large scratch on pass. door these issues should have be addressed before truck was put on sale lot...

We were so close to buying, someone beat us to it. Nevertheless, communication was outstanding.

All went well. It was busy so finance was swamped. Had to wait a while to close the deal. They were very sorry about the delay . The Jeep was great. Hunter the salesman was great as well. Will buy from them again. Price was below blue book . Very happy overall .

I felt that the dealership didn't want to sell me the car. Once I asked if the asking price was eligible, there was no other communication.

The team had great communication! I just ended up going in a different direction, surprisingly. I would recommend this dealership to those I know, and consider it in the future.
