For the second time, I got rail roaded at Demon-trond. False communication, deceptive offers and lack of transparency. Carvwas never available and promises to dind a replacement never fulfilled. Find somewhere else to buy. This was the second crappy experience I've here. Forgiveness meant nothing to them.

Tacoma was no longer available but staff was very good in advising me that vehicle was no longer available

The Vehicle that I originally wanted to look at had been sold however I found a yukon that was significantly less in price and was in amazing condition. A little more mileage than I was looking for but the deal was so good I had to take it. They gave me a trade-in value site unseen with me be honest about the condition and high milage on my trade in. The entire process including finance which I went with outside financing but they had no issue with took literally 2 1/2 hrs. Let me take the new vehicle and drop the trade in the following day. overall very happy with the new purchase.

I really have never bought a car are truck with as much ease as this was and I am 75 years old best bunch of guys as I have ever traded with Steve was as polite of a young man as I have met in a long time and the financial guy was as polite and respectful as I believe I have ever met.

Second vehicle with the Ron carter dealers and they always treat me great and never tried to hide anything no insane dealer fees and hiddin pricing my salesman shawn was great and very helpful.

Car was a fresh trade in 2weeks ago and I was told it remains in service because of waiting for parts. Makes me wonder what is wrong with it? Looking still!
