It was good

Inaccurate price. Said they installed a $2000 "gps" system that is added to all their cars and "could not be removed." This add on was not in the advertised price.

Dealership is advertising the truck which is not available. I visited the dealership and was informed that the vehicle that is still advertised is not for sale. It's a false advertisement and I have bought it to the attention of the manager but it seems they have ignored my request.

The staff appeared unaware of their inventory. The original salesperson I spoke with confirmed the vehicle was available and stated he would generate the paperwork to allow me to start the purchase process. I waited all day for this and I did not receive anything. I called the next day and spoke with a different salesperson who told me that vehicle had sold several days before. The original salesperson called me a short time after that and informed me it sold immediately after I got off the phone with him the previous day. So I am left with believing either I was lied to or they just don’t know their inventory. Either way, my interaction with this dealership did not go well.

The representative communicates promptly and is very kind and considerate.

I had 1 response to my multiple requests which was to wait for a representative to reach out which they didn’t. So I was not able to speak to a sales representative and no one reached out after I asked many times. I would still like to buy the vehicle as I know they still have it but the response time and the neglect to my inquiries is just unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer for anyone trying to make an honest purchase.

The salesman did a great job

I was forced into the purchase of a 1k security system, that they could not remove from the car because they could not keep people from stealing their cars. I was told the security company would reach out to me with instructions on how to use the system, but that had not happened. The worst was the salesman. He told me there were two sets of keys to the car. As I was getting ready to drive off, I realized he only gave me one set. I asked him about it and he told me the person responsible for the keys was not in but they would send them to me in a day. So if I didn’t ask he wouldn’t have said anything. A week went by, nothing, so I reached out to the salesman, he said he was busy and “forgot” but would do it that day. Again no word so I reached back out and he said they could not find the other key and he let a manager know. Now the salesman is not responding and I’m on the hook for a couple hundred to get a spare key. There is more but you only get 1k characters.

Got back to me quickly and answered my questions.

Made buying this vehicle super simple and sale free. Would recommend them to anyone
