Was bummed they were showing me the SUV while negotiating with someone else and kept me there until they sold the Truck to someone esle..

This truck ended up not being the one for me. I ended up buying new. The sales team member I worked with was great. What I didn’t like was the overpriced pre-installed dealership add-ons that you have to pay for wether you want them or not. Nothing like paying for something you’re going to take off and throw in the trash.

Great communication

Went to dealer twice to show how serious I was about buying. They wouldn’t negotiate on price one penny since I was buying and not financing, said they can’t lose money on the car. Two days later they drop the price by $1500.

Received a phone call and was told the Escalade was sold, and if I was interested in any others. Friendly experience.
