Dealerships near me (Pomona, CA)

Fine and ok

TOTAL LIARS they said it was available. They then said it was sold (it was sold a year ago) and they then tried to sell me another car. Do not deal with these people They will just lie to you.

Excellent service and knowledge about what they were selling. Pleasant conversation with my sales representative, Sam. I needed a ride back to the dealership to complete the transaction and they accommodated. I would buy from Pomona Valley Auto Sales again.

The SUV was not available at the time of arrival but sales person said it was ready when we called. We got to the dealership and the Sportage was in a terrible condition inside out. We left from there and made another purchased somewhere else, but sales person kept calling and texting even though we said we already made a purchase, he said for us to go back and trade in the new purchase (what a joke). Sorry we didn't appreciate that so that's why is a low score!

Great I bought it

Very attentive and friendly

False advertising. They listed the gladiator for $32,994 with shipping included. Not only did they put the listing price incorrectly but the shipping in fact is not included. They claim that this is due to it being listed on carguru but it’s listed by their dealership. They also jacked the price up today to a little over $37,000. Very unsatisfied. I’ve been looking at over 30 dealerships with multiple vehicles and this is the only dealership that I’ve encountered this specific issue with.

They don’t want to sell cars They don’t even called me back or anything

Was contacted via text to make an appointment. I made an appointment for Sunday July 5th. I also recieved a message to confirm, so I did. I arrived at the dealer and the sales person had no idea of the appointment, and the vehicle we wanted to see , he said was at another lot. Wasted my time. Not a good customer experience. I would not recommend them due to this experience.
