Terrible to work with. Car salesman I worked with was not friendly. Car was shipped to me and was delivered extremely dirty on the exterior despite asking them to clean it before shipment because I knew they had received snow. The battery to the key fob was already low when the car arrived, there was no gas in the vehicle, it was delivered with an extra set of wheels and tires that were supposed to be put on the vehicle prior to arrival and were not, and someone must’ve been driving it because it had over 1,000 more miles on it than what was listed. Super hard to get in contact with anyone because the number listed calls their front desk and they ask how they can direct your call and it ends up going to voicemail 99% of the time. They just care about commissions and obviously don’t care to have repeat customers. If I could go back, I would have bought through a different car dealership 100%

Very helpfull till l paid them.

Overall good experience with this dealership. Only way it could have been better would be if processing went a bit faster. Almost 3 hours for a cash purchase seemed like a long time.
