GMC dealerships near me (Lawrence, KS)

The warranty was to go with new buyer did not happen. Car was not vacuumed for pickup after test drive. Was told by Issac the car he'd fill with gas didn't happen . If a person say's something they better Honor it they did not. Will not be doing business again with folks that do not honor there word.

Communicated by email w/ General Manager Bugra Durukan and he was very knowledgeable re Porsche GT4.

Had called before and set up time, told them later, I could come early. They said OK, but when I showed up they were still working on the vehicle. I did not mind but there was apparent things with communication shop sales and customer. I was thinking I should have been told, or the vehicle should not have been put out to addvertise, until proper prep was done. As it was the mechanical had got finished while I waited but there was body/cosmetic issues that had not been tended to. The people were good and attentive. Also there was a reply after that stated he would send a man to my home to tend to bodywork issues. Situationally creative but not good straight forward customer sales service. On the other hand it was good to see the maintenance told actually being done. Keeping in mind I showed up early but it was after their ok to be there early. It may be better service to keep prearranged later appointment. They related to me that the bodywork could not be performed till the day after.

Looked at this car as a second option, the first one we liked and had previously looked at first was sold before we could come back. The communication that someone was looking at the car we actually liked wasn't great.

All I got was a message saying the car was sold, after my credit got hit from being ran for a sold car. When I asked if they had any other vehicles available, I don’t get a response.
