The warranty was to go with new buyer did not happen. Car was not vacuumed for pickup after test drive. Was told by Issac the car he'd fill with gas didn't happen . If a person say's something they better Honor it they did not. Will not be doing business again with folks that do not honor there word.

This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I submitted my injury with my pre-approval from CarGurus. They were able to beat the rate by a significant amount and get me a lower payment. I was able to come up a little less than a week later and buy everything. My salesman, Ralph, kept in contact with me through out the entire week and post the sale. He had the vehicle detailed and cleaned and serviced for me prior to pick up. The process was seamless- we arrived at the dealership, test drove the Traverse and then signed the carfax and a few other forms. We were taken to the finance office, not even 20 minutes later I signed my loan documents and I was handed my temp tag and Ralph graciously put that on for me in the pouring rain. He was incredibly helpful and professional. All interactions at this dealership were incredible. Ralph has reached out to ensure I am happy with my purchase. I could not be more pleased! Got deal set up knew I was upside down on current trade in they lowballed the trade in and then we agreed on monthly payment w/ 2k down then they submitted finance app after numerous failed attempts and lower credit score from 810 to 805 and said then would need a 12k down payment. When I said no they then asked what I could put down... I told them I didn't want work or buy anything from them. They sent 2 or 3 more emails and said maybe at a later time we could make a deal

The good: salesperson was very accommodating and nice. He forgot to give us the keys to the car when we left with it to test drive it, which led to about an hour of wasted time but was not a big deal. The less good: I saw and drove the vehicle I was interested in on February 28. Vehicle was listed at $14,488 and had been on the lot for more than 60 days. When I brought the time on the lot up to the salesman, he said he didn't think that was right (it was, per this site and the CarFax). I came back one week later, test drove it again, and came back to the store to see about what we could agree on. I made a low, in-cash offer to start things off, which is when he decided to tell me that in the week that passed between when I first saw it and when I wanted to buy it the price had *increased* by $4000 to $17,890. I guess he forgot to mention that first. I don't know if that's a common practice (never in my life of buying cars have I experienced that) but it felt very bait and switch.
