I purchased a pre-owned Corvette from Terry at Brogden. The transaction went very smoothly. I was buying from out of state, so I asked a lot of questions, which Terry was more than happy to answer. Very satisfied.

They had a very incompetent person answering the phone. I knew more than she did. She couldn't interpret the Car Fax sheet and kept saying, "Mom, what does this mean?" Not very professional. With that being said, they have followed up with phone calls numerous times (left messages). My first impression wasn't very good.

Agreed on price, then they took forever trying to make up difference through the financing. That part should have been cut and dried. We walked out.

Everyone helping me was awesome! Terry, who helped me with the test driving and explaining how everything in the vehicle works and explaining all the different services performed before final purchase, couldn't be nicer. The finance department was great. I first saw the vehicle on cargurus.com and kept pondering because it looked like exactly what I wanted but I was nervous about taking the step for a newer vehicle expense. I finally took the step and submitted to looking at the vehicle. Nobody was "pushy" and everybody couldn't have been nicer! From my first emails to look at the vehicle, to actually coming in to see it, to driving it, to purchasing and picking it up.....everyone was great! With my experience, the Robert Brogden staff was awesome! Sincerely, Happy purchaser of the 2014 Toyota Sienna!

Flexibility issues with this dealer. They contacted me stating that they could bring the vehicle to a job or to my home, later was told they no longer off that. Was also told they would call if the vehicle sold prior to my weekend appointment. I noticed the day before my appointment that the car was no longer online. Called the dealer and sure enough it was gone. So it wasn't important enough to contact me as promised but i sure received several appointment follow up emails, to which i replied i was not coming as they no longer had the vehicld i wanted. Now i am receiving emails asking how my car buying experience was with them? What experience? Oh well, their loss. I bought an even better vehicle the same day as my supposed appointment with Brogden. I'd say i dodged a bullet on that one. Won't be considering them in the future.

This dealer doesn't deserve any stars i had a horrible experience they were very rude and pushy with me trying to get me to agree to terms I wasn't sure about lying telling me they had other appoinments on the same car i had scheduled to look at trying to sell me the car for $3500 more than what it was listed for here online I ended up getting the car only because it was a rare find after they knocked the price back down to what I had originally seen it for they had a its our way or the highway approach to everything they called me at work harassing me for title and registration forms for my trade in after I told them I wasnt going to have it until the following week Sylvester and the Staff at Robert Brogden Buick GMC could use a course on etiquette and how to treat customers if I didn't want the 2013 Cadillac CTS Coupe so much these guys wouldn't of ever got my business I wouldn't advise any to purchase from them and will be getting my car serviced at a different dealership.

Customer service by Terrance (Terry) Cahill was awesome and truly memorable. From beginning to end you could tell he had a genuine sense of just being a good guy, funny, and very informative. I had bad experiences with other dealerships and here I was able to have a seamless process and in 2 hours I was driving home in my new car. The only issue was that their real price of this vehicle was more expensive than the advertised price that was on this website. They said this website put the incorrect price (the price has been changed on her to the real price).

They dropped the ball every chance they had. I was called in later that same night that I originally inquired about vehicle, & was told to come on back because they figured a way to get me into the vehicle that evening. I was then hassled to trade in my existing truck which was very unethical & their sales team is a joke! Do not recommend at all!

Made a phone call at 8am letting them know I wanted the car. Scheduled an appointment with my salesman for 11:00am to sign papers. The car was sold the at 10:00am to another customer. Unethical horrible business!!

The car I inquired about is listed as having an Automatic transmission on sites such as Cars.com and Cargurus.com They contacted me promptly to inform me it has manual transmission.

In first 5 min sales person told us he was divorced, his ex wife is ill, his house in foreclosure, and his credit is bad. I'm not sure if this is a sympathy sales tactic, but it didn't work for us. Also, we went in knowing exactly what we want, and he never listened. He also pushed leasing after we repeatedly told him we were buying.

I inquired about a 2013 Enclave but when I talked to the manager he said they had "tons" of 2014's and they couldn't give them away. When I went out there three days later they only had one... and it didn't have any of the features I wanted. They tried to convince me that I didn't need any of those features and then they tried to convince me I should lease a 2015 instead. It was a HUGE waste of my day!

Not only was i passed around from salesman to salesman in a sad attempt at deception, but once discussing vehicles ur salesman practically ignored what i had to say or immediately dismissed it as not worth his time. The vehicle we were discussing had CLEARLY been in an accident, evident by the bent rear bumper and damaged quarter panels. The salesman told me it didnt exist and he never saw any damage. Best part, after storming out, i received a phone call from him 2 mins. later. He then proceeded to tell me how he had looked up my other prospective vehicles and they were junk and the sellers were bums. I bought one of those vehicles from the other dealer. Worst car buying experience EVER!
