GMC dealerships near me (Girard, OH)

I had a 4:30 PM appointment confirmed with two representatives (with written confirmation) and even called at 4:10 PM to say I was arriving early. Only then — after being on hold for nearly 10 minutes — was I told the vehicle had been moved to the auto body shop and was not available. No one notified me in advance, despite multiple confirmations. I drove from Pittsburgh to Youngstown specifically for this appointment, making this a complete waste of time. The explanation given was that the representative I worked with had a personal situation and was not “all together.” Not only is that not an acceptable excuse for a breakdown in basic communication, but it was also highly unprofessional to disclose another employee’s personal circumstances to a customer in the first place. This level of disorganization, lack of accountability, and disregard for a customer’s time is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone against relying this dealership.

Overall a good experience. Worked a great deal with the salesman, only for another guy to lower my trade value at the end of negotiations . was not happy about that . It was kind of backwards as in my past vehicle dealings. it’s like being sucked in to keep you there longer , then right before you do the deal , they lower your trade value from what you were told .

Everything went as planned except the shipping price would have been much more than what was listed in the CarGurus profile.
