GMC dealerships near me (Durham, NC)

They would not allow a test drive until you buy the car. Who buys a car without driving it first. I am a cash buyer too. So I have the money. They treated me with no respect over the phone. I will tell anyone I know not to ever do anything with this dealership Ty for nothing!!!!

Sent a couple emails finally called and spoke to a salesperson texted my info over and was told he get back with me nothing for 2 days called back no return call. Poor communication

The staff that helped me was extraordinary- so pleasant and accommodating. The overall process while very efficient took longer than preferred. My expectations were more than I received as far as coming to a final price decision. I needed a particular payment mark and while I feel they gave the face of meeting me halfway - it did not turn out that way. I was not at all satisfied with my trade- in value Whkle my trade-in had many many miles - there were so many other variables thst should have affected the value that were not even considered. However in the end I needed the vehicle soon and I did love the SUV I purchased as I was extremely specific about what I wanted in the car as far as miles and interior color and other luxury items. I left with a smile and I look forward to my time with this new/ used vehicle.

The car was sold before I could look at it. That's my fault but Brian was really nice and sent a video of the vehicle. Thanks for your help Brian.
