Hello a friendly sales rep named Hannah has kept in contact with me about any vehicles I am interested at this lot. Also it was quite easy to apply for, and be approved for a payment plan, this seems to be a good dealership!!

This dealer were excellent in their follow and were very professional, friendly, and upbeat. The only reason I didn’t go see Chris at Ricart was heated seats and very low miles were a deal breaker for me.

Professional in communication. Answered all my questions. Followed up with me in a non pressuring manner till the vehicle was sold to another person. Even communicated the potential purchase in a informative way then notified me it was sold and continued to be pleasant even though no sale was in cue. Other dealers could learn a few pointers from these guys!

Responded quickly

Was never sent an email with detailed information even after I sent an email. Went directly to the dealer and no one came out to help us, we had to go find help. Then the guy tried to hand us off to someone else (called two other people trying to get them to take us instead of himself). Was not helpful. Took for a test drive (the car was not clean and was full of dog hair) and came back for them to tell us my vehicle for trade in was worth $10,000 less than they could sell it for. (And $9,000 less than what they have a similar vehicle on the lot with MORE miles on it). He had an attitude like we were an inconvenience to him. The dealership also started locking the doors as we were sitting there even though they were to be open for at least 30-40 more minutes.

They contacted me back but the truck was already sold
